Applying to rent our student accommodation is simple and straightforward.

We offer top quality student properties of very high specification, currently we have Golgotha a six bed roomed house and Lentworth a four bedroomed maisonette. Everyone must be a non smoker/vaper and we do not allow pets of any description (except perhaps a goldfish!)

Golgotha is great for a group of up to 6 students, it offers very comfortable accommodation in a large professionally converted house. There are spacious twin shower rooms, washbasins in every bedroom, car parking and outside secure cycle storage and private garden space for the summer. NOW RESERVED

Lentworth is perfect for groups of 4 students, its close to the Uni and shops with a direct bus route to the city outside the front door. It has recently been fully refurbished and offers spacious top end student accommodation, including off-road car parking, washbasins in every room and secure cycle storage along with outdoor private garden space. NOW RESERVED
There are no application fees to pay but if you are successful in securing the property we will ask for a refundable deposit of £200 per person for Golgotha and £200 per person for Lentworth. We will also require another adult to act as a guarantor for your rent (unless you are able to pay the whole year up front) this is usually your parents.

What happens next?
Once we have received the completed online application form from all the members of your group we will request the payment of a £200 reservation deposit from each applicant. This £200 will then become your refundable damage deposit once we create your tenancy for the property.

Once everyone has paid the reservation deposit the property is secured for your group.
