Comfortable professionally managed six & four bedroom houses with modern bathrooms, modern kitchen and comfortable lounges, off-road parking and secure bike store.
The properties are fully double glazed and gas centrally heated with a full fire alarm and carbon monoxide detection system.
Golgotha is located in the best spot in Bowerham on a quiet road but less than a one minute walk to a spar supermarket, good pub and the bus stop to Lancaster University.
All our bedrooms, have double beds, wardrobes and storage along with fitted quality desks and book shelving including LED desk lamps and USB charging points. Every bedroom benefits from its own sink and vanity area.
Shared facilities include a modern fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard storage. The lounges have large leather sofas, large flat screen T.V. and new decor. There are spacious shower rooms with showers run from gas boilers and all fitted with modern LED demisting mirrors. Golgotha is a purpose built large six bedroom student house which has two kitchens and two new shower rooms. Each bedroom is unique and has a comfortable double bed, built in desk, ample storage, your own sink and vanity area and some rooms are fitted with LED mood lighting. Both properties have full laundry facilities with Samsung washers and dryers, ironing boards and steam irons and outside washing lines. Golgotha currently has 250Mbs broadband.
Outside the properties we have off-road parking and secure cycle storage and a large picnic bench for the summer provided at both properties.
All bills are included - Gas, Electricity, Water, TV licence, and unlimited high speed fibre broadband (we do have a fair use cap for energy but this is to ensure you don't sit in the houses in swimwear with the windows open and heating on full..... it has happened!)
Our energy fair use cap is based on the government published data by Ofgem on the average typical energy consumption for a property occupied by the same number of people plus an additional 30% uplift. So for example if Ofgem said the average consumption for 4 bedroomed gas heated property was 10,000kw per annum then we would allow a consumption level of 13,000kw per annum. Taking into account that generally students vacate the property over holiday periods for at least some time then it would be unlikely that you would ever exceed the energy cap unless you were over heating a property excessively.
As experienced and professional landlords for many years we take our responsibilities seriously and we want you to enjoy a good quality, comfortable home. We run and maintain our properties ourselves and respond to all maintenance issues promptly.
We are members of the National Landlords Association, our contracts are approved standard assured short term tenancies and all deposits are protected in a government approved deposit protection scheme.
